Listening to the songs now!

It's great to hear live music. Not so rusty sounding to me, y'know. Very cool, esp since Remember is one of my fave songs.

Rock on year two!!

Maybe a tad rusty...but i think the passion and variance MORE than makes up for it! I simply love these solo acoustic 'peeks' we get...and believe me, if I wasn't on the other side of the country, I would be at every LA show.

WAHOO...here comes year TWO!!

Gotta say I absoloutely lovve these tracks; firstly cuz they are probably my favourite tracks from the two albums and also cuz the live recordings are as close as I can get to hearing the Lab live. The acoustic version of Time Ago makes what is already a beautiful track that much more beautiful.

Nice one Paul :D, roll on August!!

Loving it - those two tracks are two that I constantly try to play but they never quite sound right when I do. I think I can hear Paul holding fret 3 on the B and E for the chords in Time Ago, Disarm-style - never thought of doing that. Hooray!

sweet, good stuff. I got a little worried at first when I started listening to it...I thought there was an error downloading it because it was short, but I was glad that wasn't the case...short and sweet.

on a side note, I found it funny that you included the "if you don't get this..." message in the e-mail. If I didn't get the e-mail, how would see that? assuming I didn't post here of course :D

lol, yeah, i thought that was funny too, I guess Paul wasn't joking when he said he was tired!

I know I probably say this practically every time, but this is freaking excelent! It's got a real Black Lab 1.5 sound to it; in the middle between YBAM and See The Sun, and that's a damn good place to be. Though it is short it's a real great track, i'd deffinately like to see more of it laters, get a propper full on string section in n stuff mebbeh :D

Yeah, the email did reveal a little tiredness, didn't it?!

The song, however... I like it - a lot. Short and sweet, yes. But there's something about it, something I can't really put my finger on, that makes it so very good to listen to. The whole thing flows very nicely.

Oh yes, TRN, I do like the idea of the full string section, especially getting on to the end.
